My name is Binta, and I’m the founder of Sunu Hijabs, a brand born from love, identity, and intention. As a proud Senegalese woman and hijabi, I created Sunu Hijabs to celebrate the beauty, dignity, and power of modest fashion rooted in cultural pride.

“Sunu” means “ours” in Wolof — and that’s exactly what this space is: ours. A space where every hijab tells a story, honors our roots, and empowers us to wear our faith and style with confidence.
